Plans d'Arau 08787 La Pobla de Claramunt Spain and e-mail info@griesser.es , is the party responsible for the processing of USERS' personal data and informs them that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the regulations applicable to the USER and, in particular, in accordance with European regulations on data protection.

3. Purpose of processing: Management and/or assessment of the application or candidacy for jobs available in GRIESSER of USERS who send their Curriculum Vitae.
Legal basis: If the application is spontaneous, your data will be processed on the basis of consent and, if you apply for a specific offer, on the basis of the implementation of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject. Furthermore, GRIESSER may, based on its legitimate interest, check the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the personal data concerning the professional background of the candidates included in the Curriculum Vitae, insofar as this is necessary for the evaluation of the profile.
Recipients: No transfers are made to third parties.
Retention periods: They will be kept for 1 year from the date of the last update. After this period, without having been updated, the data will be deleted, unless you tell us otherwise.
4. Purpose of processing: Storage and retrieval of data of USERS visiting and/or interacting on the WEBSITE.
Legal basis: Informed and express consent of the USER granted when visiting the website or social network profile and accepting and/or configuring cookies.
Recipients: Third-party recipients indicated in each cookie.
Conservation periods: As long as the USER does not delete them and/or during the periods indicated in each cookie.

In addition, GRIESSER may share personal information or data with third parties:
a) In compliance with applicable laws and regulations, legal process or an order of a competent authority;
b) To prosecute infringements committed in the normal activity, as well as to demand the fulfilment of the economic obligations contracted for the contracting of products and/or services.

1.11 Minors
