Come and visit us at Rebuild, the biggest event of innovation for buildings of the future, which will be held from September 21st to 23rd at IFEMA Madrid. You will find us at the PEP stand (Passivhaus* Building Platform), hall 10, stand E550 / Congress 4.0.
Don't miss our presentations on the Wave House, a residential building certified Passivhaus, and Passivhaus offices, which use Griesser's solar shading solutions to reduce energy consumption and provide a high level of comfort.
The Rebuild forum is the largest knowledge and trend platform with almost 300 exhibitors and 260 experts in 5 simultaneous auditoriums. Visitors to Rebuild can see innovative solutions for new buildings, with sustainability and design at the heart of the event.
It also includes the National Congress of Advanced Architecture and Construction 4.0, where the most disruptive projects and success stories by building sector and type of professional profile will be presented. Sustainability in housing will be analysed from an economic, social, and environmental point of view.

The first one, "Smarthome in The Wave House project", takes place on Thursday, 23.09.2021, from 11h to 11h30 in the Constru Innovation Theater Auditorium in the Innovation section.
The Wave House is a residential building near Malaga with a perfect combination of luxury design and the comfort of sustainable architecture. The use of the Metalunic® Sinus adjustable external venetian blind and its home automation system allows the solar gains to be kept under control throughout the day without the need for intervention.
The second presentation, "Solar Protection at the heart of the Smarthome" will also take place on Thursday, 23.09.2021, from 17:15 to 18:15 in the Auditorium 4.0. It will be about Passivhaus offices, equipped with our Lamisol® 70, and the Griesser KNX system with solar tracking for a constantly optimal positioning of the slats depending on the climate and the solar angle to assist the management of light and overheating control.
